Brandon Curtis practices in the areas of environmental and natural resource law. Mr. Curtis represents clients in the steel manufacturing and mining industries.

While at BYU, Mr. Curtis was a judicial extern for The Honorable Kent J. Dawson of the U.S. District Court of Nevada and The Honorable Scott Matheson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Curtis authored and published Criminalizing Non-Evacuation Behavior: Unintended Consequences and Undesirable Results in the 2015 edition of the BYU Law Review. Mr. Curtis also co-authored the article entitled Urban Planning published in the Encyclopedia of Environmental Law (forthcoming 2016).
